Goutorbe-Bouillot Rétrospective 00-15 NV.
France - Champagne. 75cl.
From family grower Goutorbe-Bouillot in Damery, Rétrospective 00-15 brings together Chardonnay from a perpetual reserve spanning 2000 to 2015. Made without malolactic fermentation, it combines the depth of older reserve wines with lively freshness. Pear, flowers and white pepper lead into a rounded palate, subtle smoky notes and a long, chalky finish.
